A joke protest, that protests protests and petitions against petitions
Event presented by Improv in Toronto
When: April 3 at 3pm
Where: Queens Park by the giant horseman statue
Cost: Free, but bring your own sign!
What they have to say:
Improv in Toronto heading a protest against protests, with petitions against petitions, and chants against chants. Lets change the world!
The video from our last protest: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLY3wNaAiv8
This is protest is all in fun, and should not be taken seriously. We’re out to bring some smiles to some unsuspecting strangers. But that doesn’t mean we will be breaking character. As far as anyone is concerned, we are completely serious about this issue!
What we have to say:
I wrote the above paragraph as well, so I don’t have all that much to add (to myself). Other than the suggestion, that you should give this a try. It’s going to be a lot of fun, and a chance to meet a bunch of really cool people. Plus we’ll probably go get McDonald’s afterwards!
